Our Organization
Oakdale Shelter Pet Alliance (OSPA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded in 2012 to help the homeless pets at the City of Oakdale Animal Shelter. OSPA depends on contributions from the community to fund programs that save and improve the lives of homeless pets.
Programs
OSPA programs include financial assistance with shelter improvements, subsidizing reduced adoption fees, and assisting with veterinary costs.
